Recipe for a delicious cold cream, easy and quick to make, ideal to be enjoyed several times during the summer and entertain your family and friends with something nutritious and refreshing.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Ripe avocado (avocado) 2
  • Green apple (Granny Smith) 1
  • Lima 1
  • Greek yogurt 250 g
  • Fresh mint 25 leaves
  • Water 500 ml
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper


-This delicious cream will take you 15 minutes to make.

-Firstly, we cut the avocados in half, with a sharp knife and separate the halves.

- We remove the bone, remove the meat with the help of a spoon and put it in a blender.

- Peel the apple, cut it into pieces, removing the pits.

- Then we grate half of the lime and squeeze the juice from the whole piece.

- Now, we introduce the apple, the lime zest and its juice in the blender glass, along with the avocado.

-Finally, we wash the dementa leaves well and dry them with absorbent paper and add them in the blender along with the yogurt and water.

-We add salt and pepper, crush at maximum speed for at least 3 minutes looking for a homogeneous consistency.

-Then, we let the obtained preparation rest for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. The preparation should be consumed cold.

-You can accompany the cream of green apple, avocado and mint lime with toasted pine nuts, which are mild in flavor and texture.
