Carrot and asparagus smoothie

What we need

  • 5 medium organic carrots
  • 10 asparagus
  • 1 stem of limoncina herb

How to proceed

  1. Clean the carrots then cut them into small pieces
  2. Clean then cut the asparagus
  3. Chop the limoncina herb, taking care to remove the leaves
  4. Transfer all the ingredients to the blender and blend for a few seconds until the mixture is smooth.

  • 2 organic oranges
  • A handful of strawberries
  • 1 slice of pineapple

How to proceed

  1. Extract the juice from oranges
