  • 1 salmon steak of 120 gr
  • 1 heart of palm
  • 80 gr of purple potatoes
  • black and white sesame seeds
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of the recipe with heart of palm:

  • Wash the salmon fillet.
  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes and cook them in a saucepan with cold water. The potatoes cook within 25 minutes. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife or a fork.
  • Drain the water from the potatoes. Mash them and make them creamy. Add salt and pepper.
  • Roast the salmon using a non-stick pan. It is not necessary to use oil.
  • Cut the palm heart so as to obtain two half cylinders. Roast the palm hearts on the flat side, corresponding to the cut.
  • Cook the salmon on both sides. Add a little salt and cook until you get a little crust.
  • On a plate, place the potato cream and serve the salmon by placing it right on the cream.
  • Toast the sesame seeds.
  • Sprinkle the salmon with the sesame seeds and, add to the dish, thehearts of palmsroasted.
